This may include discussion of communication, computer access, accessible gaming or environmental control needs; observation of current equipment or routines; practical ideas and recommendations; and a short follow-up email summarising agreed next steps.

Technology Setup & Configuration Session
A hands-on appointment of up to 90 minutes to set up, configure or improve existing technology.
This may include AAC device setup, vocabulary organisation, access settings, computer or tablet accessibility features, gaming equipment configuration, smart-home devices or environmental controls.

This service focuses on practical use at home and in everyday life. It does not include formal assessment reports, EHCP reports or medico-legal reports.

Accessibility Solutions Kent is an independent consultancy. Services are designed to provide practical advice, implementation and training for families. Formal reports, EHCP reports, medico-legal work and equipment procurement are not currently offered.
